Philippine Airlines however was forced to cancel 16 domestic flights yesterday, primarily in Bicol and the Visayas because of high winds and heavy rains. Cancelled were the flights out of Manila to six provincial points: Roxas, Naga, Iloilo, Kalibo, Legaspi, and Tagbilaran.
All other domestic as well as international flights will depart as scheduled today.
